She is so genuine. She's got a great heart. I am all about heart. I am very good at sensing people’s heart energy and so I feel like we are really on the same frequency energy level. I've seen many yoga instructors throughout the years and I've taken classes and she is really up there. There is no comparison. Because the other yoga instructors I feel like most of them are doing for the sake of doing it on a physical level. Very few of them can really tap into the emotional energy and then for Mariko she went up like a level higher to the spiritual level. Because as a practitioner myself I know the importance of really addressing the physical, emotional and spiritual level when I help people with their health.
